Psychotherapy is the right choice when you want to explore in-depth relationship issues, deep-seated fears and phobias, panic attacks, depression, stress-related illnesses, bereavement and many more problems that people are experiencing in our stressful times.


Psychotherapy is a personal reflexive experience there to assist you in developing a deeper understanding and sense of self. From my experience of more than 20 years in private practice, I can say that the person in therapy has the opportunity to discover more of who they really are and what their life might be all about.


Psychotherapy is a longer term open-ended arrangement, focussing on deep seated problems, while in COUNSELLING you can choose to focus on specific issues over, for example, 6 to 12 sessions.
